We decided to shoot a few videos in clinic the other day. You'll hear the patients speaking in K'iche, Matilde translating into Spanish, and Heidi replying in Spanish. Matt was smart enough to keep his mouth shut - he still sounds like a gringo trying to speak Spanish.

It is a miracle that you can understand what your patient is saying, diagnose an ailment, and then translate back the treatment and meds, all out in primitive conditions. How do you examine a woman patient using a male translator? I didn't realize the magnitude of your difficulties until I watched your videos. Thanks for sharing, it helps us better understand your challenges.
